Alfredo also was not afraid to do multiple showings to get more exposure to the home and speak with potential buyers to explain the possibilities of the home we listed. We did an As-Is sale and the home was well loved but we were not trying to have the headaches of remodeling so Alfredo was able and willing to show the property without the remodels and extra expenses for us. He did not complain or try to force us to do what we did not want to do.


Alfredo did a property analysis and was able to see where we were able to price to attract more clients. He was able and willing to negotiate with potential buyers and explain to them why our property was not listed just like everyone else was listing with a remodeled everything that is trying to get as high of a price with the included risk of the remodel expenses.
